During the 1920s, the Understreet Boys (comprised mostly of mongoloids and orphans with extra toes) were one of the most powerful criminal organizations in Chicago. Their crimes ranged from petty theft, to the notorious 1924 plot to distribute radioactive moonshine.
Ahhh! The kids I'm working with just wrote a play with a similar theme to this drawing. Crime Noir mixed with sewer dwelling aliens! Now I wish you were there to help with make-up and stuff. Keep up the good work!
